At Pearl Powder South Africa, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. However, due to the nature of our product, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy—unless there is a legitimate issue upon delivery.
Because Pearl Powder is a sealed, consumable natural supplement, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. This policy ensures product purity, hygiene, and safety in accordance with the South African Department of Health regulations and Section 20(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
All orders are carefully packed by hand and inspected before dispatch.
We use airtight, food-grade packaging to preserve freshness and integrity. Parcels are cushioned to avoid damage during transit.
If your order arrives severely damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help:
Please photograph the parcel immediately upon delivery, including both the outer box and inner packaging.
Reach out to us within 24 hours using the Contact Us page on our website.
Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
If your claim is valid, we will gladly offer:
A replacement shipment at our cost, or
A full refund via your original payment method.
Each claim is reviewed individually in line with Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA. We may request that the product be returned (at our expense) for further inspection, or we may process a refund/replacement without return if sufficient evidence is provided.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and will be issued via the original payment method (e.g. PayFast, Yoco, EFT).
